Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at naturals@everellaskincare.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Each case is reviewed individually, and if appropriate, a replacement or store credit will be offered.

Please note that refunds are not provided for delays caused by the shipping carrier, as delivery timelines are outside of our control. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to reach out so we can assist where possible.
