Product Information & Safety
All Ever-Ella products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Variations in colour, texture, or appearance are normal and reflect the artisanal nature of our process.

All soaps are fully cured and tested to ensure they fall within a safe cosmetic pH range before release.

Because every skin type is unique, we recommend performing a patch test before full use. Apply a small amount to the inner arm and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and checking for personal allergies or sensitivities.
 

Use of  Products

Products are for external use only. Ever-Ella Skincare Products makes no medical or therapeutic claims. Our products are cosmetic in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Payment is required at checkout.
 

Orders & Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During high-volume periods, processing times may take longer.
 

Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on soaps, balms, oils, scrubs, or any personal-use items.

However, Ever-Ella will replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos and an order number.
 

Shipping & Local Pickup
Orders ship via Canada Post. Delivery times are determined by the carrier.
Local pickup in Oliver, BC is available by appointment and arranged after the order is placed.
 

Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Ever-Ella Skincare Products, customers agree that the company is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse of products, shipping delays, or issues resulting from incorrect addresses.
 

Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, product photos, and website content belong to Ever-Ella Skincare Products. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
